Euro Music at its best

Forget the Eurovision song contest and just watch this instead. It will make your heart sing. It will definitely bring a smile to your face at the very least. Thanks to my mate Dave in Germany who sent me it some time ago as a stress reliever. He pointed out to me that the guy's name appears in the credits BELOW the Wombles. Dave reckons that contributed to Drafi's downfall in later years. Anyway, can't work out how to upload so you'll just have to click here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mIQkQH1GRAA

PS I recommend you watch to the bitter end, it gets quite scary!

International Spotlight is on Scotland

Let's keep it there!

I've been getting good luck messages from around the globe today! First was Dave in Germany who posted to the blog last night. The next came in a text from Richard in Australia. He calls me Lady Bart (for reasons I won't go into just now) and he reckoned it was time Lady Bart kicked some Labour ass!! And finally, so far, an email from Perro de Jong, a journalist with Radio Netherlands who thanked me for giving him a flavour of the excitement via my blog. Perro came to Glasgow recently to interview me and I took him to meet Billy McAllister our councillor for Milton. You can hear the interview here - http://download.omroep.nl/rnw/partners/smac/rninfo/scotlandpack.html

So thank you to my friends around the world. And they're not alone. The world is watching to see what we do. And if we do nothing different, they'll pack their bags and go somewhere more interesting. So let's do something different. Let's take that leap of faith and show the world that Scotland is ready, as Winnie Ewing so famously said, to get on!
